With a membership of approximately 43,000 school counseling professionals, Ï㽶ÊÓƵfocuses on providing professional development, enhancing school counseling programs and researching effective school counseling practices.

To equip school counselors to implement the Ï㽶ÊÓƵNational Model® with fidelity:
- Delivering the ASCA Student Standards: Mindsets & Behaviors for Student Success
- Utilizing the ASCA School Counselor Professional Standards & Competencies and Ï㽶ÊÓƵEthical Standards for School Counselors
- Using data to identify student needs, including gaps in achievement, attainment, information, attendance, discipline, resource, opportunity and well-being
- Addressing equity issues to create equitable opportunities
- Leading, advocating and collaborating to create systemic change for all students’ success
- Building a community of inclusion and belonging
